twelve apostles, and the apostle Paul, all faithfully taught.
Christ Himself declared, “I
will build My Church, and the Gates of Hell
[= other Churches that
will lead you to Hell],
shall
“not” prevail against it” (Matt.16:18).

were proclaimed by Paul, the other Apostles (Matthew to Revelation), &
Jesus from the years 30 A.D. to 100 A.D.
Then “darkness” began to set in, and apostasy rent the Church, and only
a small remnant survived through the centuries.

Church barely survived for almost 2,000 years, until the 20th
century, when God once again raised up an END-TIME church to serve and obey Him
and to preach the true gospel of the
God used Herbert W. Armstrong and Loma D. Armstrong to REVIVE THE TRUE
CHURCH WITH POWER, through the “World Tomorrow” program and “The Plain Truth”
magazine. God called me to be a part of
that Work of God, as a writer who wrote 2-3 articles often PER ISSUE OF THE PLAIN
TRUTH, as well as THE GOOD NEWS, and booklets and Correspondence Course
lessons!
Then CHANGES BEGAN TO SET IN, and APOSTASY AND SINS began to dominate
the Church and its thundering VOICE was
compromised! The LAODICEAN ERA began with the CHANGES in 1974 radical
changes in the MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE doctrine, going from one ditch to the
opposite ditch, and the PAGANIZATION of a SUNDAY PENTECOST!
Originally, in 1934-1936 Herbert Armstrong kept the same Pentecost day
observed by the Jews – Sivan 6 – counted as 50 days from Passover (beginning
the day after the first day of Unleavened Bread). But then based on fraudulent research he
switched to a MONDAY Pentecost; and then in 1974 – he switched to a SUNDAY
(PAGAN-DAY OF THE SUN-GOD) PENTECOST, THE SAME DAY OBSERVED BY THE ROMAN
CATHOLIC CHURCH, counting 50 days from EASTER SUNDAY!
But as the apostle Paul wrote, to the Galatian church, “But even if we,
or an angel from heaven, preach ANY OTHER GOSPEL to you than what we have
preached to you, LET HIM BE ACCURSED” (Gal.1:8).
Or, as the Phillips Translation has it, “I am amazed that you have so
quickly transferred your allegiance from him who called you in the grace of
Christ to another ‘gospel’! Not, of
course, that it is or ever could be another gospel, but there are obviously men
who are upsetting your faith with a travesty of the gospel of Christ. Yet I say that if I, or an angel from Heaven,
were to preach to you any other gospel than the one you have heard, MAY
HE BE DAMNED! You have heard me say it before, and now I put it down in black and white –
may anybody who preaches any other gospel than the one you have already heard BE A
DAMNED SOUL!” (Gal.1:6-9).
Those are STRONG WORDS!
This means that NOT
even an angel from Heaven, let alone some Minister or Church – even Herbert W.
Armstrong HIMSELF – preaches any other gospel than the TRUE TEACHING OF CHRIST
– would be DAMNED if he departed from the Truth and preached any other
DOCTRINE!
Neither Mr. Herbert Armstrong, or any other minister or
Church group has ANY RIGHT to change or switch the TRUE GOSPEL!
But it happened in
1974, and even more so beginning in 1986, after Herbert Armstrong DIED, and his
widely acknowledged “replacement” – Joseph W. Tkach – took over the reins of
the Church and plunged it into outright, carte blanche APOSTASY!
No Church and no
minister has the right to change days, or add days, or
differing ways, than what GOD COMMANDS IN THE BIBLE!

A Final Reminder and Warning Given in Love
Jesus
Christ THUNDERED -- “But
In VAIN they do worship Me, teaching
for Doctrines the commandments of men”! (Matt.15:9).
Paul wrote that the coming of Christ
would not occur until “THERE COME A FALLING AWAY [APOSTASY!] FIRST” (II Thess.2:3). Paul declared, “Now the Spirit speaks
expressly, that in the latter times some shall DEPART FROM THE FAITH [THE TRUTH
OF GOD], giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of DEMONS” (I Tim.4:1).
In fact, Paul asserted, “But evil men shall wax worse and
worse, DECEIVING AND BEING DECEIVED” (II Tim.3:13). It would be so bad that “For the time will
come that they will not endure SOUND DOCTRINE; but after their own lusts shall
they heap to themselves teachers, having itching years; and they shall TURN
AWAY THEIR EARS FROM THE TRUTH, AND SHALL BE TURNED UNTO FABLES” (II Tim.4:3-4).
Christ Himself, Yeshua our
Saviour, foretold in the Mount Olivet prophecy, that “MANY shall come in My name . . . and shall DECEIVE MANY”
(Matt.24:5).
ENTIRE REMNANT CHURCHES OF GOD HAVE BEEN DECEIVED, SEDUCED,
AND LED ASTRAY, TO FOLLOW AN APOSTATE CALENDAR, APOSTATE HOLY DAYS, AND HAVE
FALLEN FOR SATAN’S GREAT LIE!
